Termovent modular CleanRooms system design enables its easy integration with other systems. A combination of various materials offers a wide range of applications: pharmaceutical, micro-electronics industry, chemical and food industry, healthcare institutions, laboratories, etc…

The entire system conforms to the GMP, FDA as well as the ISO 14644 standard guidelines. Compliance with the regulations in the field of the Clean Room Technology enables its use in spaces ranging from class ISO 9 to ISO 1 (GMP classes A, B, C, and D).

The modular design of Termovent Clean Room Wall panels allows their easy integration with other systems, such as doors, windows, electrical installation, mechanical installation, plumbing installation, etc. Besides wall panels, we offer Cleanroom Cladding as a solution that could optimize usable cleanroom area and financial impact on the project in the spaces where a wall structure already exists.
The finishing of the cladding is the same as of the cleanroom walls and can be perfectly connected to other Termovent cleanroom systems.
Tailor-fit solutions ensure a high impermeability level and application in highly regulated environments.

GLAZING

Termovent Cleanroom Glazing System is a modular glassing system with high-quality tempered glass, designed to be flush on both sides of the wall surfaces. It is fully compatible with all other modular Cleanroom Systems.

Glass partitions are available clear or in different pattern designs

CEILING

Termovent ceiling system is prefabricated with all necessary openings for technology integration and it is easily reassembled if needed. Several options of different ceiling types can be used depending on the application, load requirements, cleanroom environment, etc.

The main components of this system are sandwich panels, with rounded edges, which simplifies their cleaning and maintenance. Upon the installation, any particle infiltration into cleanrooms is prevented. Tensile strength is 10kPA, according to EN 1607. Pressure resistance is 424 kPa, according to EN 14509.

Termovent Cleanroom Door System prevents air-leaks, which is achieved with permanent concealed magnets. All door parts are designed to be flush and to be perfectly integrated with all cleanroom elements. As such Termovent doors comply with ISO and GMP regulations.
