PRIME PREMIERE
New Generation of Air Handling Units
We proudly present PRIME – a new generation of air handling units developed through years of engineering work, systematic research, and extensive testing under real operating conditions. PRIME has been designed to meet modern HVAC requirements in terms of energy efficiency, reliability, and flexibility, while ensuring simplified installation and advanced unit control.
The PRIME portfolio includes several types of air handling units tailored to different building types and operating regimes – from industrial and logistics facilities to commercial buildings and projects with specific microclimate requirements.
ENERGY PRIME
ENERGY PRIME is designed for facilities with a high share of fresh air and continuous operation, such as industrial and logistics facilities, production plants, and large commercial spaces.
The system is based on a modular design and standardized configurations, integrating a polypropylene plate heat exchanger with indirect adiabatic cooling. This concept enables heat recovery efficiency of up to 90% (in accordance with EN 308), significantly reducing overall energy demand, particularly in applications with high fresh air volumes.
ENERGY PRIME is available in two versions:
STANDARD – with integrated hydronic cooling and heating coils
GENIUS – with an integrated reversible heat pump within the air handling unit itself
AQUA PRIME
AQUA PRIME air handling units are primarily designed for swimming pools, SPA, and wellness facilities, where humidity control, stable microclimate conditions, and long-term operational reliability are essential.
This line is engineered for high-humidity environments and extended operation, with seamless integration into hydronic heating and cooling systems of the building.
COMPACT PRIME
COMPACT PRIME is part of the PRIME portfolio developed for projects with limited installation space, such as residential and office buildings, schools, restaurants, and smaller commercial facilities.
Its frameless construction, optimized component layout, and standardized selection process enable compact dimensions, quick installation, and easy maintenance, while offering various heat recovery and configuration options tailored to project requirements.
Technical and System Advantages of the PRIME Portfolio:
All air handling units within the PRIME portfolio feature:
Compliance with current ERP and EcoDesign requirements
Modular and scalable construction
Plug & play installation and commissioning concept
Integrated controls with BMS connectivity
Remote monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization capabilities
PRIME is developed as an integrated system solution that reduces the risk of selection errors, simplifies installation, and optimizes long-term operational costs.
